 Question:    WHO ARE STRIPE  ?

They are world wide.  For further information visit: https://stripe.com/about

Question:    HOW CAN I PAY WITH STRIPE FOR BOOKING  ?

Through lillianmaybnb.com web site.   Over the phone.  We can send you an email link.

Question:   CAN I PAY ANY OTHER WAY THAN STRIPE ?   YES:

PayPal,   Bank Transfer or Cash.    Bank details on request via email only.

Question:   CAN WE PAY BY CHEQUE ?

Sorry, we are only able to accept cheques for the  full balance/amount six weeks prior to visit and are unable to refund on cancellation.

Question:   WHAT DEPOSIT DO I NEED TO PAY TO SECURE BOOKING ?

To secure the booking we require 50% of total accommodation charge and availability for the room will be removed from booking web sites.  The balance is due 14 days before date of arrival.

Question:    WHAT IF I CANCEL ?

Total balance is due and none refundable if the cancellation is within 14 days prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made more than 14 days earlier than arrival date, there  will be a 10% surcharge of total booking value to cover administration and bank charges.

On cancellation, the room will be re-advertised and if  re-booked  we will give a refund pro-rata less 10% to cover administration and bank charges.

We recommend that guests arrange or check holiday insurance to see if they are covered should this situation arise.
